The Tennessee Connector is 215 miles and is part road and part trail. Connecting the Sheltowee Trace at Burnt Mill Trailhead to the Appalachian Trail and the Bartram Trail (Leg #5) through Oliver Springs, Oak Ridge, Knoxville, Seymour and Gatlinburg.

Also traveling through Frozen Head State Park and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 

This leg of the Lakes-to-Ocean Trail is full of beautiful scenery and Tennessee culture.
