The 2010 editions of The "Thru-Hiker's Manual for the

Mountains-to-Sea Trail of North Carolina" are now available.

 

The Thru-Hiker's Manual is a detailed guidebook for the entire length of the MST. Planning and navigation for the long-distance hiker is made easier with a quick reference column outlining; water sources, camping locations, view points, resupply and medical facilities. Maps are provided for 13 towns along the route. The maps show where all of the stores and resupply points are that you will need to know about. There are 825 businesses categorized in the business directory. It is a wonderful journey and an amazing experience. Enjoy your hike and be safe.
 

Retail cost for the Manual is $20.00. When ordering please specify if you want the East-bound or West-bound version.

Since the release of the 2010 versions of the Manual there have been new sections built and designated as new trail. I have create a set of pages to replace the sections that have been rerouted. There are also additional camping locations at churches, stores, and private residences.
